TRUE CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE UNITS
We will be controlling both temperature and humidity for TRUE climate control.
TEMPERATURE
will be set between 55 degrees and 80 degrees.
HUMIDTY
level set at 50%. For true control of the climate.
FULL LIGHTING
Our facility will be well lit at night for safety and security.
24 HOUR ACCESS
Keypad entry will be available at the gate for 24 hour access.
On-Site Manager
On-Site Manager available during office hours for your convenience.
GENERATOR BACKUP
We have a 100kW Generator installed to cover for those times that the
local power company can’t. This insures that your climate control stored
items will continue to have both temperature and humidity controlled. Also insures
lighting and surveillance of the facility for safety and security for you and your stored items.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Cameras are strategically placed to record all activity on the facility.
Another safety and security measure that we have in place.
